WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders

Minimum opening order is $300 and $350 for reorders excluding shipping. Wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront or online store platform.

We hand pick and pack your orders and in some cases make products on a per-order basis therefore wholesale orders must be placed 4 weeks prior expected delivery date.

Pricing

Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is stated on the Line Sheet/Catalogue items per SKU. All eyewear, sunglasses and glasses come with a fabric drawstring pouch and eyewear chains come with a velvet drawstring pouch included in the pricing.

Wholesale pricing is set between 50% - 60% of RRP.

We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (https://ancacollection.com/wholesale) and on our line sheet document. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.

Payment terms

Anca wholesale orders are placed directly through the website with payment in full as a requirement before shipping. Customers will be contacted via email with an order invoice. Payment is accepted via credit card (Amex, MasterCard or VISA), PayPal or Apple Pay. We do not accept company checks. Credit card information is not kept on file and must be provided with each order.

We will never request an online bank transfer or payment method that is not administered via our website.

Shipping

Cost of goods outlined in catalogue does not include shipping or handling charges. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping options are to be selected by the customer at the checkout at a flat rate cost. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice. The receiver is fully responsible for any incidental import duties and taxes.

Customers will be notified via email when order is ready to ship. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address specified by the customer at time of ordering. It is the customers’ responsibility to notify Anca Collection if changes are needed to order prior to shipment. Failure to do so will incur a 20% restocking fee.

All products are shipped with Anca swing tags, eyewear cases and chain pouches are provided free of charge and separate to product. All handbags are shipped ‘stuffed’ and with dust cases.

Order cancellations and changes

Changes to orders can usually be accommodated before order reaches warehouse for fulfillment. If order has been processed, order changes cannot be accepted. Order cancellations must be in writing, and received prior to shipment.

Claims and returns

There may be slight variations in size, colour, texture and/or finish. These are not considered faults, rather signifiers that the product is hand made, authentic and unique. Please examine your order upon arrival. Any shipping-related damage or loss must be claimed by the consignee with carrier. All other damages or shortages must be reported, with photographic evidence, to Anca Collection within 7 business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honoured. If in stock, replacements will be provided for damaged items. If the item is out of stock, either a credit on future orders or refund to original payment form will be offered.

We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

We do not accept return of faulty items that have been worn, used or returned without tags.

Exclusivity

Anca Collection aims to cap the number of stockists at 3 per suburb. This is to protect the retailer’s right to offer something unique to their customers, whilst still allowing Anca Collection to grow as a business too. We endeavour to be as transparent as possible with all of our retailers by publishing our full list of retailers on our website and contacting existing retailers if we if we are approached by another retailer in a nearby area.

Misconduct

We have the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at anytime if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.

Liability

Anca Collection cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
