PAYMENT AND CHECKOUT

You can pay for your orders at Anca Collection with Paypal so check out the below steps for how to use it as a payment method for your order. Step 1 To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. Step 2 As soon as your PayPal account is set up, log into your Anca account and continue to your shopping cart. Step 3 Once you've added your items, go to checkout as normal. Select PayPal as your preferred method of payment and enter in your login details in the PayPal login window.

It's safer: shop at thousands of websites without sharing your financial details.
It's faster: with no need to type in your card details, you can check out in a few clicks.
It's easier: all you need is an email address and password to pay online.

Step 1

To pay using Apple Pay, add the items to your cart as normal. When you're ready to place your order, go to your cart and then you'll be given the option to pay using Apple Pay.

Step 2

If you've got a promo code or gift voucher, you can apply it to your order by putting it in the 'promo code/gift voucher' section.

Step 3

Once you've applied any promo codes or gift vouchers you have, select your delivery option and then select 'Pay'.

Once your order is received, a standard pre-authorisation check will be carried out on your card in order to verify that there are sufficient funds for the transaction. Your order will not be dispatched until the pre-authorisation check has been cleared. Your debit or credit card will then be debited once your payment has been approved.

If your card doesn't pass the standard pre-authorisation check, the payment will not go through and Anca Collection will e-mail you to notify you that the payment could not be authorised.

You may be charged an international transaction fee by your bank if you are placing an order from outside Australia - international transaction fees are charged by your bank and Anca Collection has no control over these charges. Please speak with your bank first if you are unsure whether they charge international transaction fees on your transactions online.

GST is the goods and services tax in Australia which is a value added tax of 10% on most goods and services sales. The item price is inclusive of GST and a formal breakdown of the GST amount will be visible at the checkout and in your order confirmation e-mail.

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotions and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you've purchased it.

Sadly, we're not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.

To redeem your promo code, enter the code exactly as specified into the 'Coupons' bar at Checkout. Click 'Redeem' to apply the promo code to your order.

You may only use ONE promo or discount code per order (this includes % off, $ off codes). However, you can also apply ONE Free Shipping discount per order - if a Free Shipping Promotion is running.

Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only
You can only apply 1 coupon/voucher code to an order
The coupon/voucher is not valid for items that are already on sale

Double check the promotional dates to ensure that the promotional period is still valid. Promotional periods run according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). We take credit card security very seriously. All transactions on https://ancacollection.com are processed using Stripe or PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Make sure your transaction is secure by checking if you see a key lock beside your web browser URL.

Anca Collection uses a secure server to maintain the safety and confidentiality of your personal information when an order is placed. All personal information supplied including sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology through Stipe our payment processor provider. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Your information is encrypted into our payment gateway provider's (Stripe) database only to be accessible by those authorised to keep the information confidential.
