Due to ongoing national union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada.

As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024.

How DO I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. If your order has been sent via Australia Post, you can track your parcel HERE.
If your order has been sent via Sendle Courier Service, you can track your parcel HERE

WHAT COUNTRIES CAN YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to the following countries:

  • Oceania (Australia, Fiji, Kiribati, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu)
  • North America (Canada, U.S.A)
  • Europe (United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland)
  • Asia (Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam)

If your country is not listed above, unfortunately we do not ship to your country at this time.

Can YOU ship to PO Boxes, PARCEL LOCKERS & business addresses?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect and business addresses within Australia only. If shipping to a business address, please make sure you list the business name and level/department if necessary.

What if there are Customs and Import Duties for my parcel?

Please be aware that parcels may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped internationally outside of Australia. If your parcel is charged for Customs and Import Duties by the receiving country, unfortunately Anca Collection does not have control over these charges.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country.

UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER. HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

We're super quick at packing and processing your order which means we can't make any changes it's been sent and on its way to you. This includes changing the shipping option, delivery address or payment method.

However, if you order hasn't been shipped yet we may be able to change the shipping address. Please note there are varying time restrictions depending on what shipping option is chosen at the checkout and when you placed the order.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation email and enter your tracking number. You can also track your parcel directly via the Australia Post website HERE or Sendle website HERE.

Once you have checked your order status using the tracking number and your order has still not arrived, please email us at hello@ancacollection.com to start an enquiry.
