Your order will be processed, packed and fulfilled within the same day 7 days a week - excluding public holidays.
Standard Delivery ships between 2-5 business days to metro areas. For non-metro areas, please expect longer delivery times of up to 10 business days. To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation email and enter your tracking number. You can also track your parcel directly via the Australia Post website HERE. Once you have checked your order status using the tracking number and your order has still not arrived, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start an enquiry.
All domestic and international orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking and full-cover insurance.
To ensure your order gets delivered to you safely, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where someone will be able to receive it during business hours.
If no one is able to accept your parcel, it will be delivered via Safe Drop. If Safe Drop is not an option, the carrier will leave a collection card which will direct you to your local post office or exchange for collection.
Once your parcel is delivered to a local post office or collection point, we are unable to organise a redelivery of your parcel to your address. Parcels are held are held at a local post office or collection point generally for no longer than 7 days before being returned to us.
Please be aware that parcels may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped internationally outside of Australia. If your parcel is charged for Customs and Import Duties by the receiving country, unfortunately Anca Collection does not have control over these charges.
We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and business addresses within Australia only. If shipping to a business address, please make sure you list the business name and level/department if necessary.
