HOW DO I PURCHASE a gift CARD/E-VOUCHER?
Step 2. Select a delivery method:
In the Gift Card Delivery box on the checkout page, you can choose to Email to Recipient or Email to You.
Email to Recipient:
If you want to email the gift voucher to your recipient, enter the information to include in the email sent to the recipient:
Email to You:
If you want to email the gift voucher to yourself as a printable .pdf, enter the information to include in the .pdf:
Step 3. Complete Checkout:
To complete checkout, review your email address and billing information. Click Purchase. After the purchase is complete, the gift voucher will be delivered using your selected delivery method.
Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.
When will the gift CARD expire?
Our gift vouchers never expire so that you can redeem it whenever you like!
What do I do if I have lost my gift CARD VOUCHER code?
Contact us at hello@ancacollection.com and we can resend the gift email notification to the email address that purchased the gift card.
